Tim owns the Sunbelt Cincinnati franchise with offices in Blue Ash, Erlanger and downtown. He has also affiliated with Sunbelt Dayton to create the largest business brokerage firm in Southwest Ohio. Tim is a native of Cincinnati growing up in Indian Hill. He is a graduate of St. Xavier High School, Southern Methodist University in Dallas and Xavier University's MBA Program. Professionally, he has worked for Fifth Third Bank, Moellering Industries and Baldwin Piano before he purchased his Sunbelt franchise. He is the only person in the Greater Cincinnati area to have earned and maintained the Certified Business Intermediary designation from the International Business Brokers Association. Tim lives in Northern Kentucky with his wife Lisa and sons Drew & Kyle.


Tim takes his role in helping people buy or sell a business very seriously because of the effect it can have on people's lives. Buying or selling a business is a process that takes a tremendous amount of time and effort to do it correctly, which is his goal. That is why Tim requires all prospective buyers to meet with him so he can explain the process and understand the goals of the buyer before disclosure of the businesses he has for sale is made. Gerry Chadwick is a 1973 graduate of Alter High School and 1977 graduate of the University of Dayton with a BS in Marketing. During his business career in sales and sales management he has lived in Chicago and Appleton, WI., returning to Dayton in 1995, where in addition to his professional life has been active within the community. Gerry is a member of the Grandview Foundation Board of Directors; chairman of the Eagles Seekers Classic, golf tournament that raises funds for the Victor J. Cassano Health Center; a member of the Dayton Chamber of Commerce and other local community organizations.

Most recently Gerry spent 10 years with Excellence In Motivation, having joined the company during its start-up phase. Gerry served in a variety of sales and sales management roles including Vice President, Sales and Vice President, National Accounts and was an instrumental part of the companyÂ?s growth from $800,000 in sales in 1994 to gross sales of over $150,000,000 in 2005. The key to the success Gerry has in business is his ability to identify the needs of the client and develop customized solutions to meet those needs. These skills not only transfer, but are critical to his role as a business broker.

Gerry is a member of the International Business Brokers Association and the Ohio Business Brokers Association.

Mark is also a graduate of Alter High School and the University of Dayton. Mark received his BS in Business Administration in 1980. Over the last 25 years Mark has held a variety of business development and executive management positions for IBM, Affiliated Computer Services, Whittman-Hart Consulting and Ernst & Young, LLP. MarkÂ?s success has been founded on four basic principles: respect for the individual, an intense focus on client satisfaction, a hard work ethic and a passion for winning. In addition to working with sellers and buyers of general business listings Mark is the office franchise sales specialist. Mark is a member of the Ohio Business Brokers Association and the International Business Brokers Association.

John is a graduate from Central Michigan. He has 22 years experience in the construction and facilities operations industry. He also started and operated a successful daycare franchise in Michigan - licensed for 170 children. He sold his business so his wife could move back to the Cincinnati area and be closer with her family. John utilized the services of Sunbelt of Michigan to sell his business and was so impressed with their professional and "no pressure" sales approach that he decided to join Sunbelt of Cincinnati. John lives in West Chester with his wife Stephanie and children Noelle, Christine and Stephen.
